General Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over a period of time.
Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.
Distance contract: A contract concluded using one or more distance communication methods without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
Technology for distance communication: Any means used to conclude a contract remotely.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Maison Elvora and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the consumer will be provided access to these Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be clearly stated how the Terms can be accessed or requested free of charge.
If additional conditions apply to specific products or services, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail in case of conflict.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including our policies on shipping, returns, delivery times, and refunds.
Article 4 – The Offer
Limited-time offers or special conditions will be clearly indicated.
All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability; images are representative, though minor variations (such as color) may occur.
Each offer includes clear information regarding:

Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and completes the order process. If confirmation has not yet been received, the consumer may cancel the order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return non-sale items within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Final Sale items (discounted by 40% or more) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be sent directly to our overseas fulfillment partner in China.
Refunds, including the original shipping fee, will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or valid proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, lingerie)

Final Sale items (40% discount or more)
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the offer period unless legally required.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Maison Elvora guarantees that all products meet reasonable standards of quality, usability, and reliability as agreed upon in the contract.
Article 11 – Delivery & Execution
Orders are processed with care and shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, though international shipping, customs procedures, or unforeseen delays may extend delivery up to 30 business days. Delays within this timeframe do not qualify as non-delivery or grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Article 12 – Payment
Payments must be completed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Maison Elvora reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time.

Complaints may be submitted in writing or by email to info@maisonelvora.com.
Article 14 – Governing Law
Maison Elvora is operated by a company registered in the Netherlands. All agreements are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable international or local laws.
Article 15 – Amendments
Maison Elvora reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
Article 16 – Shipping & Returns Location
Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners located in China. Returns must also be sent to these facilities after approval. Return instructions will be provided upon request approval.
Article 17 – Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Article 18 – Legal Disclaimer
Return and exchange policies may be updated at any time. Maison Elvora retains final discretion regarding return eligibility. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
