Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Elvora, we strive to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

Returns may only be requested after the item has been delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

All approved returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center in China.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returns without valid tracking information cannot be processed.


Ordering Multiple Sizes

Customers are encouraged to review our size guides carefully before placing an order.

If you are unsure about sizing, our customer support team is available to assist with measurements and sizing recommendations before purchase.

Orders containing the same item in the same colour purchased in multiple sizes for fitting or try-on purposes may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests submitted for such orders may be declined at our discretion.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased during Final Sale promotions or discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of £20 per returned item may be applied to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that this fee may be deducted from any approved refund.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

After review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via email to info@maisonelvora.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return instructions and the address of our fulfillment center.

  3. Ship the item at your expense using a trackable shipping method. Returns without valid tracking cannot be processed.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Maison Elvora cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
