At Maison Elvora, we aim to provide all customers with a smooth, transparent, and fair return experience. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and defective items are handled to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Conditions

Returns can only be requested after the item has been received.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center in China.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, or international fees.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Trying on the item for sizing is allowed, but wearing it beyond that invalidates the return.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all returns are handled through our overseas facility and that all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during Final Sale promotions (40% off or more) are non-returnable and non-refundable. This will always be clearly indicated in the product listing.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee may be applied for each returned item to cover inspection, handling, and restocking. By completing your purchase, you agree to this fee if a return is made.

Maison Elvora offers a full refund guarantee for all unused products that meet the above conditions.
Returns for Defective Items
If a product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Return Process

Submit your return request via email to info@maisonelvora.com within 15 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return instructions and the address of our fulfillment center.

Ship the item at your expense using a trackable shipping method. Returns without valid tracking cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved for condition, the refund will be issued within 15 days via the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Liability
Maison Elvora is not responsible for lost packages if shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and must report any errors within 24 hours of placing the order.
